Why didn't I get a notification?

Ensure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Notifications. Alerts trigger on threshold crossings, not continuously.

How often will I get alerts?

It depends on the price level. Around $50k–$100k you'll get an alert every $1,000; around $100k–$200k, every $2,000. Frequency scales with price so the alerts stay meaningful.

Can I customize the alert thresholds?

No. Thresholds are automatic — that's the point. There's nothing to set up.

Why did alerts stop after reinstalling?

Force-quit the app (swipe up in the app switcher) and reopen it to refresh the device token.

Mount Frost Digital LLC operates the Bitcoin Price Alert iOS app.

We collect an anonymous device identifier and a push notification token, used to deliver push notifications. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

These identifiers are sent from your device to our servers when you enable notifications. We use Apple Push Notification service to deliver notifications and Amazon Web Services to host our servers; both providers offer data protections equivalent to this policy. Standard request metadata such as IP addresses and user agents may be processed by these providers during notification delivery. The identifiers are retained for as long as your device is registered, and because they are anonymous, they cannot be linked to you and cannot be individually deleted on request.

If you email us, we receive your message and email address. We may use them to follow up about your message. To request review or deletion of a previous message, email us.

We do not track users across third-party websites and do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.

Bitcoin Price Alert is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
